### Muro Bouldering Gym: Terms and Conditions Policy
**Introduction**
At Muro Bouldering Gym, we are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all our members and guests. However, like all sporting activities, bouldering, studio classes, and gym use carry inherent risks, including the potential for serious injury or death. By participating in any activity within the gym, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
It is important that all participants read and fully understand these Terms and Conditions before engaging in any activities. If you do not understand any part of this document, please speak to a member of staff for clarification.

### **General Terms**
#### **Our Duty of Care**
We take our duty of care to our members seriously. The rules outlined in this document are designed to help ensure your safety while enjoying the gym. They are not negotiable, and failure to adhere to these rules may result in removal from the premises. Staff have the right to ask you to leave if they believe your behaviour compromises safety.
#### **Your Duty of Care**
As a participant, you are responsible for your own safety and the safety of others. This includes:
- Informing our staff of any health issues that may affect your participation in climbing or fitness activities.
- Recognising that our instructors are not medical professionals. If you are pregnant, have a pre-existing medical condition, or are uncertain about your ability to participate, you should consult a doctor before engaging in activities at Muro.
- Being aware that even if you follow all safety practices, risks cannot be fully eliminated.
